Yashwanth Nagaraj, basically from a rural background of Chanrayapatna near Hassan, is presently the Project Director of Jaagruti at Buoyancee.  He joined Buoyancee post his MBA, and is a consultant at Buoyancee since 2015.   Buoyancee is into training since 25 years and has been recognised nationally & internationally many times over.

His passion is to empower his participants with confidence & inspiration, by working on their mind-set.  He has been able to reach out to over 10000 youth in many professional colleges including out bound training, to give them an exposure of resilience and develop the vital work culture.

He reaches out to the unemployed youth in 2 tire & 3 tire cities through Kalam centres initiated by SME OneSource, motivating them to start their businesses.  He conducts training for them in Kannada, while the executives of large companies get need based training in English.

Josephine, basically a psychologist by qualification, is the project director, in-charge of soft skills training at schools and colleges.   Apart from training thousands of students, she has also trained executives in banks & companies, to help them improve productivity and profitability.   

Josephine, basically a psychologist, helps her participants to understand and solve their emotional issues, which could be blocking their progress.  She conducts one on one classes for the executives as per their needs, post profiling.
